  8. I guess my style is distress, since I use Distress Inks on almost every project I do...LOL. Right now I am doing a lot of "water coloring", using the techniques I learned in the Creative Chemistry 101" class and really loving them.

  16. I like & use it all because I make a range of cards from whimsical to distressed.

  17. Sweet cards! If I had a die-cutting machine, I would prefer classical style :)

  18. I really prefer the classical, but both are nice. Yes, if your not taking the die cutting class...I highly recommend it, it is chocked full of great ideas, inspiration and information. The teachers are great and the wonderful Simon Says Stamps Store even offers the students a discount on purchases made during the class, which is way cool. Thanks again to the SSS team...your awesome !!!

  24. What I love about Sizzix is that the tools are primed for you to infuse with whatever style your choose! I've used my Sizzix tools for boldly brash, explosively colorful projects as well as muted vintage ones. LOVE LOVE LOVE SIZZIX!

  25. I love to distress my die cuts, and someday I will own all of the Tim dies! It's my mission! =P

  26. Typically my style is clean and classical. I don't do much distressing because I don't feel I do it well. I have just gotten my distress markers, though. :) I also am taking the A Cut Above class and it's awesome! Highly recommended!

  27. Usually it is cas but now and then I break out into distressed

  28. I only distress a little so I guess I would be counted as classical.

  29. I kinda like the distress with vintage look to my projects, but clean and simple are always a nice fresh look too!! These projects are gorgeous !! Thanks for sharing with us.

  30. I like them both; it depends on my mood which I choose.

  31. I love Beth's crown and heart card!

  32. I am totally Classic. Faded/Grunge to me leaves r[om to wonder if I am done or forgot something This is just in my craft life-- in real life I do it all.

Love the 6 x 6 you are offering

  33. I guess I'm classic but every now and then I bust out into distressed! Beautiful papers.

  34. Wow...cool cards and new items! I definitely prefer the classic style, but the distressed is very attractive to me...just not my usual style.

  35. Not sure I have a favorite yet, as I just recently bought a Grand Calibur. I have 2 dies/embossing folders that are more classical and 2 that are more distressed. So far, I'm mostly just playing. Have to save my money for more dies! The clocks and print blocks, as well as the damask embossing folders are on my radar. Thanks for letting us play along to win the great paper pack.

  36. I think my favourite changes with what I'm working on. I've been a really kick with distressing lately but I planning a couple of cards in the near future that will be more classic.

  38. This is just so cool, really great.

  39. I love distressing. Everything must be distressed :O)

    ReplyDelete
  40. Beautiful creations. I guess if I
were to pick it would be distressed.
    But I actually create both.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I like both styles, but classic

    ReplyDelete
  42. I definitely like the distressed look :)

  43. This is a hard choice--it depends on who I'm making a card for and the style I'm creating. Shabby chic needs the distressed look, while the classic could be used for clean and simple. In other words I like both. Is that legal? Thanks

  44. While I occasionally aspire to the distressed look, I'm much better with the clean, classic look. :)

    ReplyDelete
  45. I sometimes try to do some mild distressing but usually have a classical look. Love the creations you showed! Hugs, Hanneke

  46. I'm already a follower. If I had a Sizzix, or any cutting system for that matter, my style would be distressed. I love the look of sanded embossing.

  47. I think I like classical best but I still like to use the distressed look too!
